Kathy has sold real estate up and down the grand strand for 3 decades. She has sold ocean front high rises, luxury golf villas,single family homes, raw land and has been involved in developing over 5 beautiful beautiful communities along the grand strand over the years. Living on the north end of the strand for over 25 years kathy has become a precise expert of North Myrtle Beach, Cherry Grove, and Little River area for buyers and sellers. She was a nurse for over 16 years early in her career, it was not hard for her to make the transition to helping people with their real estate needs.
